The best advice to give but hardest to accept by many women is to put yourself first. Most of us have an internal instinct to put others first: family, business, and the endless errands and chores on our to-do list. As a result, we make ourselves our last priority day after day for what appears to us to be the greater good. The result is that we feel as though we’re continuously giving in to a mental to-do list, creating more chores before the current one is complete.
